A film title with a beautiful name ‘Shalini’ is based on real life story. Is this following the ‘Rangitaranga’ pattern? The silver screen would give the answer.

This is horror cum thriller that picks up the happening in Kushalnagar of Coorg district. The four wayward youths face the brunt of revenge after they indulge in rape of a girl. The four aristocratic youths escape from the clutches of law but they are not left go free by ghost of rape victim.  The shoot will be held in Bengaluru, Kushalnagara, Magadi surroundings.

It is 26 days single schedule. Mallikarjun is heading megaphone and industrialist from plaster of Paris K Srinivas is also making debut.

Theatre actor Aravind, Santosh, Puneeth and Prakash from adjacent state are making debut. Prema and Kavya are female counterparts. Shobaraj, Manadip Rai, Apoorva, Killer Venkatesh and others are in supporting roles. There will be a strong message also in the film. You have to watch it on screen says debut director Mallikarjun.
